@ Scott and Michelle This is a little late in responding to your earlier posts, but I'd love to know what activities you do with your primary students in Scratch. The youngest grade I have introduced Scratch to is fourth grade, and I'm hesitant to...

If you find a unique or interesting game or simulations for teaching and learning, post to the group. The purpose is for members of the SIG to then review and comment. Good G&S software might then appear in L&L.

Hey Greg - sorry I missed you at NECC - I *saw* you - but you were fully engaged in your poster session... anyway, hanks for setting this up!

After four years of having a BOF's at NECC on Games and Simulations, I am happy to see the direction and now strength to move it from yearly gathering to a SIG that can contribute more to the conference and organization.

Seems like I have been playing games as far back as I can remember having access to a computer. Starting with an HP 2000 playing Adventure, followed then by an Apple II (wired wrapped - long story ask me sometime), then to ever more powerful systems.

I think we can look forward to doing some interesting things in the next few years as NECC.

Be sure to tell your friends to join us!
